For this reason, we allow much of our original visual content to be used by others. In many use cases, this can be done for free.

For individuals and small organizations (5 people or less, or <$1 million in revenue), we allow you to use our visuals in a variety of use cases for free.
These include personal and commercial use cases, such as: embedding our graphics in a newsletter, report, video, presentation, or on your website.

– Please don’t edit or change the content, size, or formatting of the graphic
If you are not considered an individual or a small organization, or if you are seeking to make edits to the content (resize, translations, remove branding, etc.) you are required to license it for professional use.
For organizations with more than $1 million in revenue or more than 5 employees, you must obtain a license to use Visual Capitalist’s graphics for any commercial purpose.
Commercial use case examples include, but are not limited to, embedding our graphics in a newsletter, report, video, presentation, or on your website (internal or external).
Licensing our visuals comes with a variety of benefits, including access to the source files of the graphics, data tables, and help from our customer support team. Buying a license also gives you permission to edit the graphics as needed (e.g. to translate, edit data, change formatting, add logo, change colors, etc).
Our visual content is leveraged by a wide range of media, organizations, and experts. You can access Visual Capitalist’s full library of original content at our licensing website.
You can share our original content for free on social media platforms as long as the following criteria are met:
